Artichokes are very tasty regardless of how they are cooked, but I especially like fried artichoke hearts. Great as appetizers or snacks.

- ½ cup Yogurt
- 1½ cups Breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp Sumac
- 1 can Artichoke Hearts (quartered)
- ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup Milk
- Oil for Frying
