Ingredients: 1 cup or 220g butter (salted or unsalted); 4 large cloves minced or crushed Garlico garlic; ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper; Choice of sourdough,Vienna, baguette or single serve rolls,; 4 cloves of Blackball black garlic or 1 ½ teaspoons Blackball black garlic paste; 4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened); 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
