Red, white and blue potato salad recipe

Ingredients

• Red cabbage leaves
• 0.25 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
• 0.5 dl Minced chives
• 0.75 dl Sour cream
• 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
• 1 Small chopped red onion
• 1.5 tsp Salt
• 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp Grated horseradish
• 500 g Blue potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 cm chunks
• 500 g Potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 cm chunks
• 500 g Red Potatoes, cut into 2 cm chunks
