• 2 1/2 TB Honey
• 2 T Bourbon (optional)
• 2 tsp Hoisin sauce
• 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp Mild-flavored molasses
• 1 tsp Soy sauce
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp Sriracha
• 1 lb Baby bok choy, cleaned and cut in half lengthwise
• 1 lb Baby purple, red, or gold potatoes, cut in half
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 2 T Olive oil
• Red pepper flakes (optional)
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
• 1 T Toasted sesame seeds
