- 1 cup almonds
- 1¼ cup Medjool dates (remove pits)
- Filling
- 1 1/2 cups Farmer Cheese
- 1 cup Lowfat Blueberry Kefir
- 2 tsp. raw honey or maple syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tbsp. strong earl grey tea (brewed ahead and cooled using 2 tea bags)
- Topping
- lavender buds, lemon zest, unsweetened shredded coconut
