Goat's Cheese Salad & Tapenade Recipe - Great British Chefs

Ingredients

• 2 smoked streaky bacon slices
• 1/2 baguette, sliced

• 50g of rocket
• 4 walnuts

• 1/2 beetroot, peeled and finely sliced

• 100g of black olives, pitted

• 3 salted anchovies

• 1 tbsp of fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/2 lemon, juiced
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/2 tsp clear honey
• 1 tbsp of red wine vinegar
• 4 tbsp of olive oil
• 1 shallot, finely chopped
