Leftover brisket gets added to Texas toast and then grilled directly on the Traeger wood pellet grill.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Pound jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 10 Strips bacon
- As Needed cheesy grits, for serving
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 2 Tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon fresh chopped parsley
- 1 Tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 Teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
