• 8 ounce diced or shredded fresh turkey breast
• 4 ounce chopped bacon (cooked)
• 4 ounce diced tomatoes
• 4 ounce shaved parmesan cheese
• 16 ounce mornay sauce (recipe follows)
• 12 ounce whole milk
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoon butter
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 ounce gruyere cheese
• 2 ounce grated parmesan cheese
