• 6 oz (180 g) semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) orange liqueur (optional)
• 1 cup (250 ml) flour
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) baking powder
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup (250 ml) sugar
• 2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract
• 3 tablespoons (45 ml) melted butter, at room temperature
• 2 cups (500 ml) icing sugar
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) cocoa powder
• 1 cup (250 ml) unsalted butter, softened
• 1 to 2 tablespoons (15 to 30 ml) 35% cream
