Ingredients

• Pie Filling:
• 2 cups milk
• 3 egg yolks (save egg whites for meringue)
• 3 tbsp. cornstarch (thickened)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. vanilla or coconut flavoring
• 1 tbsp. butter
• 1 cup coconut (Add coconut and butter last)
• Meringue:
• 3 egg whites
• 1/4 cup sugar
