• 1 kg seal meat
• 1 onion, finely diced
• 125 ml olive oil
• 60 ml parsley, chopped
• 60 ml cilantro, chopped
• 2 ml ground cumin
• 2 ml smoked paprika
• A few pistils of saffron
• Freshly ground salt and pepper to taste
