Salad with mackerel — Світлана Климовська

Ingredients

• 1 mackerel
• 1 sweet potato or 4 potatoes
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
• Choice of salad leaves
• green onion
• Mayonnaise sauce with garlic or dressing
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Add all the ingredients to a small jar and shake well.
