Carob Babka | HerbaZest

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups of HerbaZest Carob Powder
• 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
• 1 3/4 cups of milk (+ 1 TBS)
• 5 cups of all-purpose flour (+ about 1/4 cup for dusting)
• 2 1/4 teaspoons of active dry yeast (1 package)
• 1/2 cup of brown sugar
• 1/4 cup of butter (unsalted; melted)
• 3 egg (+ 1 egg white)
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
• 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
