Spyro Gyro Burgers - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• Olive Tapenade 1 C each black and green olives, pitted
• ¼ C sundried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 anchovy
• 2 T Italian Seasoning
• Juice of ½ lemon
• ¼ C extra virgin olive oil
• Tzatziki Sauce I C Greek Yogurt
• 1 English Cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• I large tomato, chopped
• ¼ cup roasted red pepper from a jar, chopped
• 1/4 C crumbled feta cheese
• Beef mixture 1 ½ lbs. Ground beef
• ¼ C Worcestershire sauce
• 1 T black pepper
• 1 C minced onion
• Lamb mixture ½ lb. ground lamb
• ¼ C minced onion
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• ½ t dried thyme
• ½ t dried oregano
• 1 T fresh lemon juice
