• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 teaspoon salt (scant)
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard (or to taste)
• 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
