- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- A pinch of Hing (Asafoetida)
- 10-12 Curry leaves
- 2 tbsp Oil or Ghee
- Salt to taste
