• 1 ½ cups water
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 6 cloves garlic, grated (or minced)
• 1 large lemon, juiced and squeezed
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp dried rosemary
• 2 tsp salt
• 3 lbs potatoes
