• 1 tbsp flour
• 2 gala apples, peeled and chopped
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• ½ medium onion, chopped
• 1 cup red wine
• 4 tbsp red wine vinegar
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tbsp sugar
