• 1 tsp (5 ml) pure vanilla extract (club house)
• 2 cups (500 ml) icing sugar
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) seedless red raspberry jam
• 1/8 tsp (.5 ml) red food colour (club house)
• 1 cup (250 ml) raspberries
