• 1 tsp. table salt
• 1 stick + 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
• 4 egg whites
• 2 whole eggs
• ½ cup sweetened shredded coconut, chopped
• 1 cup canned coconut milk
• 2 tsp. coconut flavoring
• 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
• 1 recipe Ermine Frosting
• 1 ½ cups unsweetened flaked coconut, lightly toasted
