• 200 ml (7 fl oz) water, warm to touch
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• FOR THE PIZZA TOPPING:
• 1 red onion, finely chopped
• 2 tsp Garlic Cooking Paste
• 325 g (11 oz) minced lamb
• 1 tomato, skin removed and diced
• 1 tsp Parsley Flat Leaf
• 2 tsp Mint
• zest of one lemon
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp Chilli Powder Mild
• 2 tsp Cumin Seed , whole
• Schwartz Sea Salt and Black Pepper to season
• handful spinach (optional)
• handful, cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
• 25 g (1 oz) feta cheese, cubed (optional)
