Ingredients

• 2 Woolworths (SANHA) flatbread
• dhania (coriander) chutney
• 2 large tomatoes (thinly sliced)
• 2 large brinjals
• Olive oil
• Grated cheese
• 1 large tomato (diced)
• 1 large onion (sliced)
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 1 taj (cinnamon stick)
• 250g beef mince
• 1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala
• ½ teaspoon chilli powder
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder
• Pinch turmeric powder
• 2 tomatoes
