• 1 1/2 C. chopped onion
• 1 t. bottled minced garlic
• 1 C. chopped green bell pepper
• 1 C. chopped red bell pepper
• 2 1/2 t. paprika
• 1/2 t. salt
• 1/2 t. oregano
• 1/2 t. red pepper
• 1/2 t. black pepper
• 1 C. uncooked long grain rice
• 2 C. chix. broth
• 1 14 1/2 oz. canned diced tomatoes
• 2 C. shredded cooked turkey
• 6 oz. andouille sausage, chopped
• 2 T. sliced green onions
