Ghost Pepper Chili Recipe | Napoleon

Ingredients

• hickory smoking chips
• Napoleon stainless steel smoker tube
• 2 lbs. top sirloin
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 to 3 ghost peppers
• 1 red pepper, roughly chopped
• 1 green pepper, roughly chopped
• 2 large carrots, sliced into rounds
• 2 stalks celery, sliced
• 1 medium onion, roughly chopped
• 12 mushrooms, roughly chopped
• 12 to 16 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped (OR 1 can of diced and 1 can of crushed tomatoes 28 oz. each)
• 1 can tomato paste
• 1 tbsp. cumin
• 1 tsp. each oregano,
• paprika, cayenne, coriander
• 2 tsp. chili powder
• 8 cloves garlic, crushed
• 2 cups red kidney beans (optional)
• Special Equipment: 4 to 8 quart slow cooker
• Bread Bowls:
• up to 10 COBS bread demi loaves
• ¾ cup melted butter
• ¼ cup roasted garlic oil
• 1 tsp. garlic powder
• 1 tsp. onion powder
• 2 tsp. dried parsley
