- 2 sticks Celery chopped
- 100 g Cheddar Cheese grated
- 5 cloves Garlic crushed
- 1/2 Lemon zest and juice
- 600 g Mixed Fresh Fish Fillets cut into 5cm pieces (ask your fishmonger)
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Onion chopped
- 12 SuperValu Baby Potatoes washed and halved
- 4 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Coriander chopped
- 4 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Dill chopped
- 4 Tomatoes roughly chopped
- 300 ml Vegetable Stock or fish stock
- 0 White Pepper
