Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups gingersnaps
• 3 tbsp brown sugar
• 5 tbsp melted butter for the crust
• 24 ounces cream cheese,
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 1/4 cups brown sugar for the filling
• 1/3-1/2 cup regular sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 2 cups sweet potatoes
• 2 tbsp cake flour
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
