Asian Coleslaw - Victoria Gourmet
I made many early versions of this coleslaw and in one of my final tests, I added spinach. This salad is refreshing, healthy and delicious- perfect for a a summer side dish. Victoria Gourmet Recipes

- 1.0 whole savoy cabbage
- 2.0 cups carrot
- 2.0 cups spinach
- 2.0 tablespoons olive oil
- 0.5 cup rice wine
- 0.25 cup mayonnaise
- 2.0 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1.5 tablespoons sugar
- 2.0 tablespoons sesame
