Ingredients
- 1 pack (454g) Stefano mezzi rigatoni
- 4 Stefano classic Italian sausages
- 2 tbsp Stefano extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small onion, Finely diced
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, cleaned and coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 cup dry white wine
- salt & pepper
- red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups of Stefano Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 chop fresh parsley
- Grated parmesan cheese
