Ingredients
- 1 pack (454g) Stefano mezzi rigatoni
- 4 Stefano classic Italian sausages
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) Stefano extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 250 ml (1 cup) fresh mushrooms, cleaned and coarsely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 250 ml (1 cup) dry white wine
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Red chili flakes (optional)
- 405 ml (1 jar) of Stefano Alfredo sauce
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) fresh parsley, chopped
- Grated parmesan cheese, to taste
