• ¼ cup honey (warmed)
• 1 teaspoon coarse salt
• 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
• 1 outside round marinating steak (approx 300-400g)
• ½ tablespoon olive oil
• ½ cup red onion (diced)
• 1 yellow pepper (diced)
• 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes
• 1 cup thick and rich tomato sauce
• 2 cups cooked whole wheat bow-ties
