ELAICHI CHICKEN/ Urdu/Hindi Recipe *COOK WITH FAIZA*

Ingredients

• 1 kg (cut in 12 to 16 pieces) chicken
• 3 tomatoes (grind)
• 1 cup yogurt
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 & 1/2 tsp coriander powder
• 1 tsp green cardamom powder (elaichi)
• 7 green cardamom whole (elaichi)
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp red chilli powder (heaped)
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
• 3 green chilli (slice in half)
• 1/2 cup oil
• 4 tbsp fresh coriander
