- ½ cup dark rum
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- ¼ cup water
- 4 ounces butter (unsalted, (½ cup or 1 stick))
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- sweetened coconut (shredded, toasted)
- pecans (chopped)
