Lemony Crab Mayo Toast with Pickled Radishes Recipe - Great British Chefs

Ingredients

• 4 slices of sourdough
• 200g of white crab meat
• 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
• 1 tsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp of chopped dill
• 2 tbsp of chopped chives
• lemon wedges, to serve
• 6 radishes, finely sliced
• 100ml of rice vinegar, or white wine vinegar
• 1 tsp caster sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
