• 1 1/2 pounds Walnuts chopped
• 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
• 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
• 1/8 teaspoon cloves ground
• 1 cup Butter melted
• 1 box fillo sheets
• 2 cups Granulated sugar
• 2 cups Water
• 1 cup Honey
• 1 whole lemon zest
• 4 cups Apricot dried
