Grilled Venison Shish Kebabs recipe - from the Manna From Chrystal's Kitchen Family Cookbook

Ingredients

• 2 & 1/2 pounds of deer, cut into 2 inch cubes
• 12 cherry tomatoes
• 12 mushrooms
• 12 small onions
• 2 bell peppers, cut into 1 inch cubes
• 2 zucchini, cut into 1 inch thick
• Marinade:
• 1/3 Cup soy sauce
• 3/4 Cup extra virgin Olive Oil
• 1/8 Cup Worchestershire sauce
• 1 TBL. dry mustard
• 2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. parsley
• 1 & 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
• 1 crushed garlic clove
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
