Ingredients

• 1 onion, diced
• 2-5 garlic cloves, diced
• 1/8 tsp Grenada Gold Nutmeg (ground)
• 1 tsp Zanzibar Black Peppercorns (ground)
• 1 tsp Savory
• 1 tsp Wind-Blown Sea Salt (or more to taste)
• 2 15 oz cans of canned tomatoes, crushed (or freshly prepared)
