Whole Roast Turkey with Sage and Onion Stuffing

Ingredients

• 1 x 5kg whole turkey
• 4 lemons – 1 halved, 1 juiced, 2 sliced into wedges
• 1 brown onion, sliced
• Olive oil for greasing
• 100g softened butter for basting
• 150 red onion, finely chopped
• 25g unsalted butter
• 50g toasted rolled oats
• 125g fresh white breadcrumbs
• 20 chopped sage leaves
• Salt and pepper
