Ingredients

• 1 pound skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2 medium carrots, sliced thin
• 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
• 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
• 2 spring onions, chopped
• 1 zucchini, sliced into half moons
• 1 cup store-bought teriyaki sauce
• 1 cup broccoli florets, washed
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
