• 2 tsp ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
• 2 large eggs
• 100g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
• 70g (1/4 cup) maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
• 1 tbsp orange zest
