- Baby courgette 4-5, thinly sliced including flowers
- torn Swiss chard, rhubarb chard, spinach about a or two handful about 300grm
- 2 medium size carrots
- 1 teaspoon of oil for stir frying
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
