Ingredients
- 100 g butter ( softened and diced)
- 200 g dark or light brown sugar
- 2 medium eggs
- 200 g self-raising flour
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 heaped teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 200 ml water
- 125 ml vegetable oil
- 125 ml any milk
