Wild Mushroom and Crescenza Pizza: Do a Little Dance - Turntable Kitchen

Ingredients

• extra virgin olive oil
• 1/2 tablespoon of active dry yeast
• 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon of salt
• 3 cups of flour
• 2 cups of wild mushrooms (we used Hedgehog), roughly chopped
• 1 handful of flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
• 1/2 pound of crescenza cheese, sliced
• sea salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
• Parmesan cheese, to taste
