• 300 g White crab meat
• 200 g Ricotta cheese
• 1 Lemon zest only
• 1 tbsp Fresh tarragon chopped finely
• 1 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped finely
• 1 pinch Freshly ground black pepper
• 80 g Butter
• 1 Lemon Juiced
