CRAB RAVIOLI | PASTA | DINNER IDEAS | WONTONS
You can make your own crab ravioli at home with having to make your own pasta. Wonton wrappers are an excellent substitute.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. crab meat (claw)
- 2/3 C plus 1 TBLS ricotta cheese
- zest of one lemon
- 2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 1/2 C heavy whipping cream
- kosher salt/pepper
