- 1 x 85g packet port wine or raspberry jelly
- 300ml thickened cream
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 1/3 cup coconut flavoured liqueur (ie. Malibu)
- 600g uniced chocolate cake, cut into slices
- 680g jar morello cherries, drained, reserving 1/2 cup cherry juice from jar
- 100g dark chocolate, shaved using a vegetable peeler
- shaved coconut, to serve
- fresh cherries. to serve
