Peach Mini Pies

Ingredients

• 1 cup milk
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter OR margarine
• 1 (2-1/4 tsp.) envelope Fleischmann's ® Active Dry Yeast
• 3-3/4 to 4-1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• Peach Filling:
• 4 cups chopped peaches, fresh or frozen (about 1 pound)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 to 2 tablespoons corn starch
• Cream Cheese Filling:
• 4 ounces cream cheese (half of 8 ounce package), softened
• 3 tablespoons sugar
• 1 egg yolk
• Icing:
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
