  • 2tbsp unsalted butter
  • 300g mushroom
  • 2 red onion
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 carrot
  • 1tbsp plain flour
  • 1tbsp Dried thyme
  • 2sprigs rosemary
  • 2tbsp tomato purée
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • 1tbsp Marmite
  • 200ml Ale beer
  • 10g dried mushrooms
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 Ready rolled shortcrust pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 1tbsp maple syrup
