- 16 oz. package of egg noodles
- 6 tablespoons butter
- I tablespoon and 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups onions, chopped
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- 3 cups vegetable stock, heated up
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 14-16 oz. solid white tuna in water, drained, and flaked into 1” pieces
- 3 cups peas, drained. (If frozen, thawed.)
- 1 ½ cup french fried onions
