Simple tuna pasta recipe with garlic and vermouth sauce, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 (or more, if you like) crushed cloves garlic
- 300ml chicken or veg stock
- 3 tablespoons dry vermouth
- 300gms dry pasta
- 1 tin tuna (or 2, if you prefer lots of tuna)
- 2 more tablespoons olive oil
- 1 handful chopped parsley
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
