• 1 65g pkg Maple Leaf ® Ready Crisp ® bacon , chopped and divided
• 1 750g bag frozen diced potato
• 1 ½ cup sharp old cheddar cheese, shredded
• ½ small onion, minced
• 1 284 ml can of cream of chicken soup
• 1 ½ cup sour cream
• 1 ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• ¾ cup melted butter, divided
• 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
